HOW MANY PEOPLE SHARE A ROOM?
Our two main houses are large homes with good size commmon areas. At Ramsgate House you will have a roomate. If you chose to be transferred to the Beacon House, there are several single rooms whic may be an option when they become avaiable.
HOW LONG CAN I STAY AT RAMSGATE RECOVERY HOUSE?
Post-Supervision Release Probation residents are given 82 days of rental assitance if your probation officer applies for that. We ask a five month commitment from other residents. Should you choose to leave before your five months you will forfeit your $250 deposit. Some residents choose to stay beyond a year.
DO YOU PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE?
Financial assistance is available through various agencies in the Norfolk community. We will direct you to those resources if you have a need. There is a local food pantry and we will help you inititally to make sure you do not go hungry.
